For All program Design

These are your programs for you to keep,. What you are paying for is a personalized designed program to fit your needs as well as you can keep them . Also have the choice to do the program on your own or I can do it with you for and extra charge of $25 per session up to 3 per week is recommend. With 2 days spread out Recovery or Stretch days. 1 day of cardio is recommended
